Agreement
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to Adstrai operated by Semawork ("we", "us"). Effective date: 19 July 2026.
By creating an account, connecting Meta, subscribing, or using the service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy at /privacy.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) and able to form a binding contract.
You represent that you have authority to connect any Meta ad accounts, pages, or business assets you link to Adstrai.
The service
Adstrai provides tools to prepare, review, and export Meta advertising workflows with human approval controls.
Features may change during public beta. We may add, modify, or remove functionality with reasonable notice when practicable.
Publishing, live activation, and budget-impacting changes require explicit in-product confirmation and remain subject to safety policies.
Acceptable use
- Do not violate Meta Platform Terms, advertising policies, or applicable law.
- Do not upload malware, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with service integrity.
- Do not misrepresent identity, impersonate others, or scrape the service beyond permitted API use.
- Do not use Adstrai to process special-category personal data without a lawful basis and appropriate safeguards.
- Do not resell or sublicense the service except as expressly allowed in a written agreement with us.
Accounts and security
You are responsible for safeguarding credentials and for activity under your account and workspaces.
Notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized access via the support contact.
Billing, refunds, and cancellation
Paid plans are billed through Stripe hosted checkout and customer portal when enabled.
Subscription fees are charged in advance for each billing period unless stated otherwise at purchase.
You may cancel renewal through the customer portal; access continues through the end of the paid period unless required by law.
Refunds are provided only where required by applicable law or explicitly stated in a written offer. Contact support with billing disputes within 30 days of charge.
Failed payments may suspend paid features after reasonable notice while preserving data export options where feasible.
Meta and third-party services
Meta connection requires OAuth authorization under Meta terms. We store tokens encrypted and use them only for features you request.
We are not responsible for Meta outages, policy enforcement actions, or account restrictions imposed by Meta.
Third-party processors listed in our Privacy Policy provide infrastructure under their own terms.
Public beta
Public beta software may contain defects. You accept that availability, performance, and data handling may change as we harden the platform.
Beta feedback you submit may be used to improve the product as described in the beta consent flow.
Intellectual property
We retain rights in the Adstrai software, branding, and documentation. You retain rights in content you upload subject to licenses needed to operate the service.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. WE DISCLAIM IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOST PROFITS, ARISING FROM USE OF THE SERVICE.
OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF AMOUNTS YOU PAID IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR USD $100, EXCEPT WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, abuse, legal requirement, or extended non-payment.
You may stop using the service at any time. Provisions that by nature should survive termination will survive.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of France, excluding conflict-of-law rules.
Courts in that jurisdiction have exclusive venue unless mandatory consumer protections require otherwise.
